Vinyl flooring made up as follows: polyurethane coated surface
• wear resistant top layer in pure transparent PVC 0,55 mm
• printed layer in pure PVC 0,10 mm
• stabilizing anti torsion layer 2.05 mm
• stabilizing fibreglass sheet 0,10 mm
• bonding layer with micro-suction cups 0,20 mm
These layers are assembled via non continuous hot press.
Installation
Evolution TACK DRY doesn’t need to be glued down. It remains blocked on the substrate thanks to its new and ecological system of micro suction cups. The product is removable and repositionable several times and so is ideal for access raised floors and platforms in a fair; the installation is simple and fast as glue is not necessary, and is possible to lay down the material on every kind of surface (cement, concrete, marble, ceramic, wood and etc.). The surface must be smooth, compact and free of dust, without cracks and grease, must maintain these characteristics over time.
Instructions for cleaning and maintenance
The floor is walked on immediately after the installation. Waxing is NOT required after the installation as the floor is already treated on surface with pure polyurethane (PUR). To be clean with vacuum cleaner and or damp cloth. Use only neutral detergents. After years of use, if necessary, restore the surface made of pure polyurethane (PUR) with appropriate treatment.
